Overview: Beechams All In One Tablets are specifically formulated to combat symptoms of colds, flu, and chesty coughs. They effectively address headaches, shivers, body aches, blocked noses, and sore throats. The tablets contain three active ingredients: Paracetamol, Phenylephrine hydrochloride, and Guaifenesin. Paracetamol acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer, Phenylephrine hydrochloride as a decongestant, and Guaifenesin as an expectorant for chesty coughs.
