Overview:

Beechams All In One Tablets are specifically formulated to combat symptoms of colds, flu, and chesty coughs. They effectively address headaches, shivers, body aches, blocked noses, and sore throats. The tablets contain three active ingredients: Paracetamol, Phenylephrine hydrochloride, and Guaifenesin.

Usage Instructions:
