Dosage and Administration:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take one 5ml spoonful (approximately 5g) of granules in the evening, followed by a full glass of water. If necessary, the dose can be increased to two 5ml spoonfuls.
• Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
