Usage Instructions:

1. Preparation: Wash hands, fill the bottle with lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water. Warm water in the microwave if needed.
2. Mixing: Add a SINUS RINSE™ packet to the bottle, secure the cap, and shake gently.
3. Application: Lean over a sink, tilt head down, squeeze the bottle gently to allow drainage from the opposite nasal passage.
4. Post-Rinse: Gently blow the nose. Optionally, inhale residual solution and spit out any that reaches the throat.
5. Repeat: Follow the same steps for the other nasal passage.
