- Free delivery on orders over £40 — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared at our Whitefield pharmacy once payment is confirmed. Orders containing pharmacy medicines are checked by our pharmacy team before dispatch — this protects you and rarely adds more than a few hours.
Once dispatched, your order travels on a tracked service and you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow it to your door.
Discreet packaging, always
Every order ships in plain outer packaging: no pharmacy branding, no product names, nothing that hints at the contents. The label shows only your address and the sender return details required by the carrier.
