UK pharmacies must make sure a medicine is safe and suitable before supplying it, so you answer a few quick questions at checkout and our pharmacy team reviews them before your order is dispatched. It usually takes seconds and protects you from interactions and unsuitable products.

Yes — every order ships in plain packaging with no branding and no product names visible. The outside gives nothing away, whatever you order.

Yes. Once your order leaves the pharmacy you'll get an email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Not unless it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect — once a medicine leaves the pharmacy it can never safely re-enter the supply chain, so the law exempts medicines from change-of-mind returns. Non-medicinal items can be returned unopened within 14 days. See the returns policy.

If your questionnaire answers show a medicine isn't suitable, we won't send it — you'll be refunded for that item in full, and where we can we'll suggest speaking to a pharmacist or your GP about alternatives.

We accept major debit and credit cards through our encrypted checkout (powered by Stripe). Your card details never touch our servers.

No — guest checkout is fine. An account (passwordless, just a code emailed to you) lets you see your order history and track things more easily.
